At Brixton Smiles we’re proud to work alongside the experts at Six Month Smiles to help provide our patients with straighter smiles in as little as six months.

What is Six Month Smiles?

Six Month Smiles use clear brackets and tooth-coloured wires to provide patients with subtle, inconspicuous braces to help straighten the teeth in six months.

What is the treatment like?

After a consultation where we will discuss all your options, we will fit you for the braces here at Brixton Smiles.

You should then expect to return to us up to seven times while you are wearing your braces. This is so we can make adjustments to the braces, ensuring the teeth are moving in the way we want them to.

How long does the treatment take?

As the name implies, most patients complete the treatment within six months, but in some cases it can take up to nine months to produce the desired results. This is due to differences in teeth positioning at the start of the treatment.

When the treatment is completed we’ll remove the braces for you, revealing the straighter, happier smile you’ve been hoping for. At this point, we often recommend wearing a retainer to help maintain your straighter smile in the future.
